Spring Onions Dip with Lemon Juice

  • Full-fat cream – 6.35 oz
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Lemon juice – ½ small lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Place full-fat cream, spring onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse to combine all the ingredients. Make sure to use short pulses to preserve the coarse texture. Serve with warm bagels.
