• Leafy lettuce – 4 cups
  • 1 medium onion
  • Nori seaweed – to taste
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • Sea salt – to taste




  1. Roughly chop or tear lettuce.
  2. Fine chop the onion.
  3. In a salad bowl, toss onion with lettuce, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.
  4. On a dry pan, slightly toast nori over medium heat until green and crumbly.
  5. Crumble toasted nori into the salad. Toss to combine and serve.
