Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 3 cups, diced
  • Red onion – ½ cup, diced
  • Fresh cilantro – 6 tbsps, chopped
  • Jalapeno peppers – 5 tbsps, diced
  • Fresh lime juice – 1/3 cup (3 limes)
  • Olive oil – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Pepper – ¼ tsp
