1 (12 ounce) jar
HERDEZ® Roasted Pasilla Chile Mexican Cooking Sauce
2 (15.25 ounce) cans
kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (14.5 ounce) can
diced tomatoes, undrained
red bell pepper, diced
sweet onion, diced
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh cilantro
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Put beef in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Stir. Cook covered on low 8 to 10 hours.
Garnish with cheese, sour cream, and/or cilantro.
