Apple Crumble Pie
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C.)
- Arrange apple slices in the pie crust (unbaked). Combine cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle over the apple slices.
- Combine 1/3 cup sugar with flour. Cut in butter until it's crumbly. Spoon the mixture over apple slices.
- Bake until the apple slices are soft (about 40 minutes).
