DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425° F (210° C/Gas mark 7).
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Next, add all-purpose flour. Stir. Add water and sugars. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat. Allow it to simmer.
- Place the bottom crust in a pan. Add apples. Cover with the lattice crust. Slowly pour the butter mixture over the pie.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Bake for 40 minutes, or until the apples are soft. Serve and enjoy your Apple Pie!
