DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, chopped green onions, garlic cloves, and minced ginger root.
  2. Place beef slices in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the meat. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight for maximum effect). 
  3. Preheat the grill for high heat. Oil the grate. 
  4. Thread the beef on skewers. Grill for 3 min on each side. Serve and enjoy your Beef Skewers!
