Cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) packages, softened
Hot pepper sauce

  1. Heat oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Combine all but the last two ingredients (from chicken to cayenne pepper) in a large bowl, transfer the mixture to a 9-inch round baking pan and sprinkle with the rest of pepper Jack cheese.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the dish is lightly browned.
  4. Remove from the oven and garnish with the rest of cayenne pepper.
