DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 500° F (260° C).
  2. Pour milk in a bowl. Add salt.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, and thyme in a separate bowl. Dip the white fish fillets in the milk mixture. Press the fillets into the crumb mixture. Drizzle the fish with butter.
  4. Bake the haddock fillets on the top rack for 15 min, until flakes easily. Serve and enjoy!
