DIRECTIONS
  1. While preheating oven to 450 F/230 C/ Gas mark 8, lightly grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. Pour olive oil in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add zucchini, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes constantly stirring. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Put halibut steaks in the prepared baking dish in one layer. Spread zucchini mixture over each steak. Top with feta cheese.
  4. Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish is easily flaked.
