DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, juice, black pepper, and oil in a dish. Add pork chops to the dish and turn to coat.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour or more.
  3. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Put pork chops in a roasting pan. Bake for 40 minutes, basting the pork chops often with marinade. Enjoy your Lemon Chops with Soy Sauce!
