Roasted Pork Loin

- Dissolve seasoning in the vinegar. Stir in the oil.
- Put the meat in a resealable bag. Pour marinade over the meat. Marinate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Place the meat in a glass baking dish. Pour the marinade over the pork. Basting occasionally, bake for 1 hour, until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 145° F (65° C). Allow it to rest for 10 min. Serve and enjoy Roasted Pork Loin!
