- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it.
- Combine all-purpose flour, soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cream together butter and sugar in another bowl. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. Combine the banana mixture and the flour and soda mixture. Stir. Pour into the loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour 5 minutes (check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the loaf: it should come out clean). Allow to cool in the loaf pan for about10 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack. Serve and enjoy your Moist Banana Bread!
