DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it. 
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar in another bowl. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. Combine the banana mixture and the flour and soda mixture. Stir. Pour into the loaf pan.
  4. Bake 1 hour 5 minutes (check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the loaf: it should come out clean). Allow to cool in the loaf pan for about10 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack. Serve and enjoy your Moist Banana Bread!
