DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix the first four ingredients (from flour to salt) in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (from egg to bananas).
  3. Add the flour mix to the banana mix (batter should be a bit lumpy).
  4. Add a bit of oil to a frying pan and heat it over a medium heat.
  5. Scoop the batter on the pan using about ¼ cup for each pancake.
  6. Cook until pancakes are golden brown and serve while hot.
