Best Banana Pancakes
- Mix the first four ingredients (from flour to salt) in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (from egg to bananas).
- Add the flour mix to the banana mix (batter should be a bit lumpy).
- Add a bit of oil to a frying pan and heat it over a medium heat.
- Scoop the batter on the pan using about ¼ cup for each pancake.
- Cook until pancakes are golden brown and serve while hot.
