DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 300° F. Grease 4 7x3-inch loaf pans. Mix 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl. Dust the greased loaf pans lightly with cinnamon mixture.
- Cream butter and 3 cups sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and flour. Stir in nuts. Mix well. Divide the mixture into the pans.
- Bake for 1 hour.
