DIRECTIONS
  1. Stir together all-purpose flour, baking powder, white sugar, and salt. Then, pour in egg, beer, and butter. Stir just until blended.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Prepare the skillet with a cooking spray. Spoon the batter onto the skillet. When bubbles appear, flip. Cook until the pancakes are browned on the other side. Serve and enjoy your Beer Pancakes!
