DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut avocados into halves and remove seeds. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
  2. Mash avocado using a fork. Stir in juice, chopped onion, salt, and olive oil. Covered, refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy your Guacamole!
