DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. Use aluminum foil to line a baking sheet. 
  3. Mix all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in the cold butter. Add 1/4 cup boiling water and stir until the flour mixture is moist.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water in another bowl. Add 1 cup sugar, lemon juice, and blackberries. Mix. Transfer the mixture to a cast-iron skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil. Spoon the dough into the skillet. Put the skillet on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes (until golden brown). Serve. Enjoy the best blackberry cobbler!
