DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Prepare a 9x13-inch pan by greasing it.
  2. Combine 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup white sugar, and baking powder. Add 1/4 tsp salt and ground cinnamon. Blend in shortening and egg. Pat 1/2 of the dough into the pan.
  3. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a separate bowl. Add blueberries. Carefully stir. Sprinkle over the crust. Crumble the other half of the dough over the blueberry mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 min, until slightly brown. Allow the Blueberry Crumb Bars to cool completely.
