Blueberry Crumb Bars
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Prepare a 9x13-inch pan by greasing it.
- Combine 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup white sugar, and baking powder. Add 1/4 tsp salt and ground cinnamon. Blend in shortening and egg. Pat 1/2 of the dough into the pan.
- Combine sugar and cornstarch in a separate bowl. Add blueberries. Carefully stir. Sprinkle over the crust. Crumble the other half of the dough over the blueberry mixture.
- Bake for 45 min, until slightly brown. Allow the Blueberry Crumb Bars to cool completely.
