- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add sliced bacon, garlic, and onion. Cook until the bacon is crisp.
- Brown ground beef and ground pork in a saucepan. Add fresh mushrooms, bacon mixture, shredded carrots, chopped celery, plum tomatoes, tomato sauce, white wine, chicken stock, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cover the saucepan. Stirring occasionally, simmer for 1 hour.
- Pour water in a large pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Cook for 8 min, until al dente. Drain.
- Serve the Bolognese sauce over pasta. Enjoy!
