DIRECTIONS
  1. Simmer white wine in a fondue pot.
  2. Add Swiss cheese and Gruyere cheese (about 1/4 lb at a time), stirring after each addition until cheese is completely melted.  
  3. Add flour and stir. Add salt and nutmeg, and stir. Add several drops of lemon juice and stir. Serve with bread. Enjoy your Swiss Cheese Fondue!
