DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat egg with 1 tbsp lemon juice. 
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, and paprika. Dip chicken in the egg mixture. Then dip in the flour mixture. 
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. 
  4. Dissolve chicken bouillon in the boiling water. Add 2 tbsps of lemon juice. Pour into the skillet. Cover and simmer for 20 min, turning once. Serve and enjoy your Chicken Piccata!
