DIRECTIONS
  1. Break spaghettini into 1-inch pieces and cook them. Drain.
  2. Saute drained mushrooms in butter. Add chicken and stir. Stir in sour cream and condensed cream of chicken soup. Carefully fold in cooked noodles.
  3. Prepare a casserole dish by buttering it. Turn chicken and mushrooms into the dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake at 300° F (150° C) for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Cheesy Chicken Tetrazzini!
