DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until tender. Add chicken and cook for about 10 min on each side.
  2. Drain oil from the skillet. Sprinkle the chicken with 1 tbsp paprika and sugar. Pour wine around the chicken.
  3. Simmer for about 20 minutes. While simmering, baste the chicken with the sauce. Add salt and pepper.
