  1. Mix cocoa, sugar, and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir well. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the cocoa and sugar mixture. Chill for 4 hours, covered.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Coat them with confectioners' sugar. Place them on the baking sheets. 
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Keep them on the baking sheet for 1 minute. Transfer the cookies to wire racks to cool. Serve and enjoy your Chocolate Crinkles!
