  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by greasing it. 
  3. Combine cake mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, and instant butterscotch pudding mix in a bowl. Add 4 eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix.
  4. Combine ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and walnuts in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour half of the cake mix mixture into the prepared pan. Spread. Sprinkle the batter with half of the walnut and brown sugar mixture. Pour the rest of the cake mix mixture and spread. Top it with the walnut and brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce to 325° F (165° C). Bake for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Coffee Cake!
