DIRECTIONS
  1. Add blueberries, orange and lemon juices to a small saucepan; bring to boil over medium heat.
  2. Add lemon zest and cinnamon, stir well. Reduce heat to low; let simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In a cup, whisk water with cornstarch, add to the berries. Whisk well; mix in sugar and cook until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat, set aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with waffles or pancakes.
