DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour water in a large pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add elbow macaroni. Cook 8 min (until tender). Rinse and drain.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chopped onion, celery, pimento peppers,  pepper, grated carrot, and macaroni. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 h). Serve and enjoy your Macaroni Salad!
