Simple Classic Waffles
- Mix together the first 4 ingredients (from flour to sugar) in a large bowl and set aside. Heat the waffle iron to the desired temperature.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Add milk, butter, and vanilla and stir well.
- Combine the milk mixture and the flour mixture and keep beating until well blended.
- Ladle the batter into the waffle iron and cook until the waffles are crisp and golden. Serve.
