DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oil to 375° F (190° C) in a large pan. 
  2. Mix cheese, crabmeat, paprika, garlic powder, and chestnuts in a bowl.
  3. Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of wrappers. Use water to moisten edges, fold over the cream cheese mixture, and seal. 
  4. Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes in small batches (until golden). Serve and enjoy your Crab Rangoon!
