DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine milk, flour, salt, eggs, and vegetable oil in a blender. Blend. Refrigerate for 1 hour, covered.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the skillet with oil. 
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the milk mixture into the skillet. Tilt to coat the surface. Turning once, cook for 2 minutes until golden. Repeat the process with the remaining mix mixture. Enjoy your Crepes!
