DIRECTIONS

1.  In a bowl, combine cucumber, onion, garlic, dill, sugar, and salt. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
2.  Add avocado to the cucumber mixture, mix gently. Chill for another 10 minutes, then drain. Remove and discard garlic. Pour in red wine vinegar, mix well.
