Broccoli Quiche: Print the Recipe!
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add minced onions, garlic, and chopped broccoli to the saucepan. Stirring, cook until soft. Spoon into the crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
- In a bowl, combine beaten eggs and milk; season with salt and pepper. Add butter and stir well. Pour over the vegetables.
- Bake for 30 minutes (until the center of the quiche has set). Enjoy your Vegetarian Quiche!
