DIRECTIONS
  1. Lightly salt water and heat it to its boiling point. Place pasta in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain. Add parsley and stir.
  2. Place flour, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, 1 cup milk, onion, pepper, and salt in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Place the mixture in a saucepan. Cook over medium. After that, add the chicken breast meat and cook until heated through. Mix with pasta.
