  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5).
  2. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, condensed milk, and juice. Mix. Pour into the pie crust. 
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Then, allow the easy Key Lime Pie to cool. Before serving, top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
