- Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5).
- In a bowl, combine egg yolks, condensed milk, and juice. Mix. Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Then, allow the easy Key Lime Pie to cool. Before serving, top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
