  1. Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain. Pour spaghetti sauce over the meat and simmer for about 5 min.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella, parsley, salt, eggs, half of Parmesan, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread 3/4 cup of the sauce mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish and cover with 3 lasagna noodles, 1 3/4 cup of the mozzarella mixture, and 1/4 cup sauce. Repeat the layers twice. Top the lasagna with 3 lasagna noodles, mozzarella, sauce, and Parmesan. Add water to the edges. Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil.
  4. Preheat oven to 350° F(175° C). Bake for 45 min. Remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes. Before serving, allow it to stand for 10 min. Enjoy your Beef Lasagna!
