Lean ground beef

  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/ Gas Mark 4.
  2. Prepare a large skillet, add ground beef, and coo over a medium-high heat until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. Add salsa, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add chili beans, stir well, and heat through.
  4. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and spray it with cooking spray. Add tortilla chips and spread them in one layer, then add the beef mixture and spread it over the chips.
  5. Add one layer of sour cream and sprinkle all the remaining ingredients in turn over the dish (from olives to cheese).
  6. Bake for about half an hour or until bubbly and hot.
