DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the next three ingredients (from milk to oil). Stir well until smooth.
  3. Prepare a frying pan or a lightly oiled griddle and spoon the batter on it using about ¼ cup for each pancake.
  4. Brown on one side, flip over, brown on the other side, and serve hot.
