DIRECTIONS
  1. Over medium heat, heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Add garlic and onion. Cook for 5 min, or until translucent. Add spinach, beans, cumin, and salt. Stir. Lightly mash the beans with a spoon. Continue cooking until heated. Serve and enjoy your Spinach with Garbanzo Beans!
