DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large heavy pot over medium, heat oil. Add onion and garlic, cook until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add turkey. Cook until the turkey turns brown. Add beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil leaves, and vinegar.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Simmer about 60 minutes, covered.
