DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together egg, milk, salt, spices, and vanilla.
- Lightly grease a frying pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Make sure the pan is piping hot before you start cooking.
- Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Put in pan, and fry on both sides until golden and lightly crispy. Serve hot with syrup, honey or berries of your choice.
