Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails off
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Garlic Shrimp Pasta
- Boil pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water with vegetable oil until tender but firm to the bite.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add garlic and stir. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Drain pasta and put it in a serving dish. Mix with garlic butter and shrimp. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Serve warm.
