DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour water in a large pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes. Cook for 15 min (until the potatoes are tender but firm). Drain the potatoes and let them cool. Mash with a fork.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup potato, all-purpose flour, and egg. Knead until a ball is formed. Use small portions to form long ropes.
  3. Prepare a surface by flouring it. Cut dough ropes into small (half-inch) pieces.
  4. Pour water in a pot and add salt. Bring to a boil. Add gnocchi. Cook for 3 minutes (until they've risen to the top). Drain the gnocchi. Serve and enjoy your Easy Gnocchi!
