Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz) package, shredded 
Garlic powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic powder and parsley. Stir. 
  3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush with the butter mixture.
  4. Bake for 10 min, or until lightly toasted. Remove the garlic bread from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Return the bread to the oven until cheese is melted (about 5 min). Serve and enjoy!
