  1. In a bowl, whisk together peanut oil, chile flakes, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, vinegar, green onions, minced garlic, sesame oil, and salt. Place the salmon fillets in a separate dish. Pour the marinade over the fish. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill. Prepare the rack by oiling it. Adjust the height to 5 inches from the coals. 
  3. Place the salmon on the grill. Grill for 10 minutes, until flakes when tested with a fork. Turn the salmon halfway through cooking. Serve and enjoy your Scrumptious Grilled Salmon!
