Frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (2 lb.) package, thawed
Butter
½ cup, melted
Condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 oz.) can
Sour cream

DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Combine the first eight ingredients (from hash browns to pepper) in a large bowl and put the mixture in a 3-quart casserole dish.
- Prepare a medium saucepan, heat it over a medium heat, add cornflakes and melted butter and sauté the mixture for about 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
- Cover and bake for about 40 minutes.
