DIRECTIONS
- Mix soy sauce, sugar, sherry, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic powder in a glass dish. Add chicken pieces and pineapple. Stir until coated. Covered, chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Prepare the grill grate by oiling it.
- Thread chicken pieces and pineapple onto skewers. Turning occasionally, grill for 15 minutes (until juices run clear). Serve and enjoy your Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs!
