DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 475° F (245° C/Gas mark 9).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, basil, garlic, rosemary, parsley, pepper flakes, and salt. Add potatoes. Coat the potatoes with the olive oil mixture. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet. 
  3. Turning occasionally, roast the potatoes for 20 minutes, or until brown. Serve and enjoy your Healthy Roasted Potatoes!
