DIRECTIONS
  1. Place the banana into the bowl of a blender. Add soy milk, no-fat yogurt, flaxseed meal, and honey to the bowl.
  2. Blend on low until smooth. While blending, slowly add the berries. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
