DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C). Prepare a 9x13-inch metal baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Pour water in a large pot. Add potatoes. Bring to a boil. Boil the potatoes for 12 min, until slightly tender. Drain. 
  3. Mix sour cream, butter, green onions, chopped ham, soup, Cheddar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add potatoes. Stir to combine. Spread in the baking dish. Sprinkle the mixture with bread crumbs. Drizzle with butter.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
